William Davies

William is an Investment Director.
A chartered surveyor with seventeen years experience, William spent eight years at CBRE and Drivers Jonas, dealing in the sale and acquisition of a wide range of commercial investments in the West End. His career started at Edward Symmonds and Partners where he spent four years dealing with all aspects of receivership work.

Prior to COBA William spent four years at a £750m private property company with responsibility for a significant part of their nationwide portfolio. There he implemented the company strategy of maximising cashflows and enhancing rental levels. This approach encompassed major refurbishments, lease re-gears, successful letting campaigns and developing good landlord and tenant relationships.
