Tim Barker

Tim is an Investment Director and reports to the Investment Committee of COBA. His focus is on residential property.

Tim has 20 years experience in property and has been with COBA since it was formed. His career started with Clive Lewis and Partners. After a spell working for a developer of golf courses and driving ranges Tim went on to work for Charterfield Securities.

Over a 10 year period he developed more than 50 new residential properties in Central London. He was responsible for sourcing the development sites, gaining the necessary consents, developing the property and selling in the open market.
