Rashmi Murray

Rashmi is the Portfolio Manager. She has twenty three years experience in both Residential and Commercial Property management. She is involved in all aspects of property management including, liaison with Managing Agents, Insurers and Asset Managers.

She joined COBA after leaving Chartwell Land PLC (part of the Kingfisher Group) where she worked for thirteen years, and was involved in the demerger of Comet and Woolworths in the later stages. Her career started in Residential property, when she worked for a Housing Association with 1200 units to manage, after which she moved into the commercial property sector with the Bejam Group.
