The COBA team has extensive experience in many sectors of the property market.  Our focus is on residential property in London and UK industrial property where we can add value.

Residential Property
For the last three years we have been developing prime residential property in the areas of London that attract international buyers.  We have achieved extraordinary returns.  This remains an interesting investment opportunity and we believe that for at least the next three years this strategy will remain attractive for investors.  We are also examining the best way to build a long term strategic portfolio of residential property.  As a long term investment residential property in London has proven itself to be the best performing property asset.

Industrial Property
In the current low interest rate environment and vulnerable banking system, many investors are also interested in an income return. Industrial property generally offers the greatest income return from property and is at an attractive point in the market cycle.  Good quality property with robust long term income can still be acquired at vacant possession value and often at less than reinstatement value.  This creates opportunity for income and potential capital growth.
